Motor Thrust Testing
A test with a 3115 900KV motor and 13 x 4.5 prop recorded 4.2 kg of peak thrust. A motor failed during a high-power run, which showed where the thermal and power limits were.

Wind Tunnel Testing & CFD Results
Initial CFD work measured lift at 30 m/s and showed more lift than the target condition. The result is being used to adjust wing angle of attack.

Mechanism Overhaul
The tilt mechanism changed from a multi-stage geared assembly to a direct-drive design. The new layout has more available torque, fewer parts, and easier service access.
